2. Hosting and Website Platform

This website is hosted and operated using Wix.com. Wix processes technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and access times) necessary to deliver the website to your device. For details, see Wix's own privacy policy at wix.com/about/privacy.

We use a cookie consent banner to inform you about the cookies used on this site and to obtain your consent where required. Essential cookies (needed for core site functionality, such as the shopping cart) are always active. Functional, analytics, and marketing cookies are only activated after you give your consent via the banner. 4. Online Shop and Order Processing

When you place an order, we collect the information necessary to process it: your name, shipping address, email address, and order details. This information is shared with:

Printful (our print-on-demand fulfillment partner), who receives your name, shipping address, and order details in order to produce and ship your order. Printful does not receive or process your payment information.
Wix Payments, which processes credit and debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB, Discover, Maestro, and other supported networks), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Klarna, which offers flexible payment options. Depending on the option you choose, Klarna may carry out a creditworthiness check and process additional personal data for this purpose. Please refer to Klarna's own privacy policy for details.
PayPal, if you choose to pay via PayPal.

We do not store your full payment details ourselves. All payment information is processed directly by the provider you select at checkout.

5. Contact Form

If you contact us through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, inquiry type, and message content in order to respond to you. This data is stored via Wix Forms and is not used for any other purpose without your consent.

6. Newsletter and Mailing List

If you sign up to be notified about new releases or tour dates, we collect your name and email address to send you these updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email, or by contacting us directly.

7. Email Marketing and Link-in-Bio

We currently use Wix's built-in email marketing tools to send newsletters and updates to subscribers.

We also use Linkfire as a "link in bio" / smart-link tool, linked from our social media profiles. If you sign up for our mailing list through Linkfire, your email address is collected there and transferred to Mailchimp, which we use to manage and send our newsletter. Please refer to Linkfire's and Mailchimp's own privacy policies for details on how they process your data.

8. Member Accounts

If you create an account via our Members Area, we store the information you provide (such as name and email address) to give you access to your account and order history.

9. Analytics

We use Wix Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site (e.g., pages visited, time on site, traffic sources). This data is collected in anonymized or pseudonymized form where possible. Google Analytics may transfer data to Google LLC (USA). Both tools are only activated after you give consent via our cookie banner.

10. Embedded Content (Instagram, Spotify, YouTube)

Some pages embed live content from third-party platforms, including an Instagram feed, a Spotify player, and (in future) YouTube videos. When these elements load, the respective provider (Meta/Instagram, Spotify, or Google/YouTube) may collect data about your visit, including your IP address, and may set their own cookies — even before you interact with the embed. 11. Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts to display certain typefaces. These fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which transmits your IP address to Google LLC (USA) when the page loads. For details, see Google's privacy policy.

12. External Links

Our site links to external platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Twitch, Apple Music, and Amazon Music. These are standard hyperlinks — no data is transferred to these platforms until you actively click and are taken to their site. Once there, their own privacy policies apply.
